We present to you the Abovyan City House residential complex, which is being built in the 2nd microdistrict of Abovyan, at 49 August 23 Street. The building is being constructed in an already inhabited community, with a school, music school, kindergarten, and college nearby. The complex consists of two underground parking levels, one above-ground commercial floor, 16 residential floors in the first building, and 18 residential floors in the second and third buildings. It includes a total of 491 apartments and a security service. The heating system is not centralized; each apartment will have gas, and heating will be individual. Apartments range from 56.2 to 72.3 m² and include 2- and 3-room options. A German elevator connected to a generator will be installed, reaching the underground parking levels. The entrance lobby will feature a spacious hall with approximately 4-meter-high ceilings. The construction is planned to be completed in the summer of 2026.
