Kanaker 2 residential complex is being built at Z. Kanakertsi 137/1 in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district. The building is located in an already inhabited area, offering views of the Botanical Garden and Mount Ararat. The complex consists of two underground parking levels, one above-ground public floor, 15 residential floors in the first building, and 17 residential floors in the second building. There are 352 apartments in total, along with a security service. The heating system is not centralized—each apartment will have gas and individual heating.
